There are very few times you start a sentence with these words believe what we are saying. I guess it's because in this western society we live we have so internalized the guilt that we assimilate to admit a mistake is embarrassing. But, friends, nothing is more liberating for the soul to step forward and recognize that something is a problem or you've done it wrong.
Following my own advice a few days ago (four to be precise) banged the table and said: "Yes! I have a problem with food." As I said crying, poor Oni turned scared and thought that you said something to him. Explain the reasons for my problem I take three blog entries and a public therapy session, but the good thing is that I have clearly identified and that I know, enough. What I can explain is what problem I have with food. It's simple, happy times relate to food. If I see a movie just enjoy it with popcorn and a soda, if I want to be a special day has to be accompanied by a special meal. Also like when I have a bad day, when I want to avoid overreaction to a situation or if I think I can have anxiety.
The straw that broke the camel has been to discover what the hell was syndrome abandonment, do you remember?. Well, is that since I am aware that the majority of bad feelings I have during the week from this syndrome asylees, remove from my mind that discomfort unfounded. And, of course, what better support than a lot of saturated fat or sugar to get on the mood?
To that we must add that I am aware for some time that I can improve my fitness, and not by weight but I have more than a health issue. What happens is that until now had other priorities psychic and personal development. I have no regrets, I've taken my vital process in the correct order: first a strong knowledge myself and then change bad habits that make me unhappy.
'm using a method patented by Oni and me (Michael Jackson Method), with a diet recommended by a nutritionist and an exercise program supervised by a professional. In addition I have made a prior medical examination to be safe. I plan to lose twenty kilos and far from ashamed, I am proud to have been able once more to get another bull by the horns. Gentlemen, life is extremely short and regretting losing what we could do and not do is complete nonsense.
So I issue the next challenge: For 60 days follow strictly the method Michael Jackson and I intend to lose at least half of those 20 kilos, what will you do challenge you to join me? has to be something you're always leaving for another time, something you really wish to do but never do: a driver's license, stop smoking, lose weight, too, learn to do the moonwalk ... Come, see if you see your challenges motivated me to keep my commitment.
